🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of B2B clients (distributors, resellers, brand partners).
  • Handle incoming requests, provide guidance to clients, and oversee full project follow-up.
  • Collaborate closely with external reps and internal teams.
  • Maintain a high level of service, especially during peak periods.
  • Work efficiently and methodically, with a mindset of continuous improvement.
  • Occasionally represent the company at trade shows or industry events.

🔎 Profile Sought

  • Show autonomy, initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Be fluent in both French and English, spoken and written.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role (account management, customer service, or B2B sales).
  • Demonstrate strong comfort with modern tools (CRM, Google Workspace, project tracking tools, AI).
  • Possess knowledge of the promotional products market (an important asset).
