“Receiving the gold medal in this contest is a wonderful way for us and the whole team to celebrate the success of our transfer process. We are very proud of continuing what the Gagnon family started in 1980.  

Like any business transfer, there were moments when we faced greater challenges. Yet, looking back, it would have been difficult to achieve a better succession. The solid base that was laid over the last few years now allows us to undertake a growth phase.

Driven by a new energy, we will complete the implementation of a new computer system and automation plan this fall with the view to launch into the US market. We also care about maintaining a pleasant, healthy and inclusive day-to-day workplace which is respectful of people and the environment, and building on the team’s synergy to become the best employer in the region.
